A combination of hits and misses

The hotel offered a delightful breakfast with an impressive variety, and the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-designed for comfort.

Unfortunately, I encountered significant noise from the nearby interstate and frustrating issues with the WiFi allowing only one user at a time.

The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection, and I loved the spacious rooms. However, the bed was too soft for my liking, not as pictured. Would consider staying again.

This place was a well-suited match for an overnight stop in Sanford with exceptional value. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, even though they were out of bar soap. Just be sure to ask for supplies if needed, as housekeeping may not come by automatically.

The room was spacious with air conditioning, a comfy bed, and a flat-screen TV. Shower had Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, and waffles. Great coffee machine and cold water available in the lobby. Fitness center was clean, and I enjoyed the pool area. Really nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay with a fantastic variety at breakfast, including freshly made waffles and healthy options. The clean, spacious room allowed for great relaxation after busy days exploring. For best sleep, request a room facing the parking lot if you're sensitive to road noise.

Access to the hotel is a bit of a maze. if you miss the entrance by McDonald's, you’ll need to navigate through their lot and some strip mall businesses, which can be annoying. The bed felt overly soft, lacking the firm support many travelers prefer. Additionally, I encountered some issues during check-in that made the process feel disorganized, which can set a rough tone for the stay.

Exceptional breakfast with spacious rooms

The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh options, including made-to-order waffles that really stood out. I loved the roomy layout of my King Suite with Sofa Bed. it was perfect for my needs, very clean, and well-designed. The location was also convenient for my travels, being near the Amtrak station. However, I did wish the coffee in the lobby was available throughout the day.

i had a great stay at holiday inn express & suites with my family. the property was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels i've been to. the standard queen room with two queen beds was super comfy, and the shampoo they provided was delightful. i appreciated the 24-hour ice cold water and coffee station, which was a nice touch.

We had a nice stay with family, including my adult children. The kids loved visiting the Central Florida Zoo, and we really appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection was fresh and plentiful, which made our mornings easier.

My kids wished the pool was heated, as it was quite cold during our visit.
